Shipping & Returns

We curretly ship orders Wednesdays through to Saturdays every week. Please allow us 2-7 working days to process orders.

Starstuff is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees when shipping internationally.


We accept returns, exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, exchange or for store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, exchange or store credit, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you intend to return or exchange a product bought on the website, please let us know within 5 days of receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
• Any skincare, oils, bath products etc. with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Only full priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
• Books with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition; damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, as we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will then credit your card for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning any item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Starstuff is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund completed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
